In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us when you install the excess application on your mobile phone such as name, address, contact information, passwords and security data, and payment information.

When you download the Excess application in your mobile phone it is presumed that you have accorded to excessrewards your consent to collect information including Personal Information, Personal Information is defined as any information that relates to a natural person, which, either directly or indirectly, in combination with other information available or likely to be available to a body corporate, is capable of identifying such person.

Excessrewards understands the importance of confidentiality and confirms that any Personal Information will not be shared with any third party in a personally identifiable manner without your specific written approval (which includes consent by any mode of electronic communication).

The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Services, the choices you make and the products and features you use. The personal information we collect can include the following:

Name and Contact Data. We collect your first and last name, email address, gender, date of birth, phone number and other similar contact data.

Credentials. We collect passwords, password hints, and similar security information used for authentication and account access.

Contacts We collect your contact list to help you share your coins with your friends.

Camera The app has access to the device camera but non of the data is sent to our servers. It is used to identify the outlet information and redirect the app to the revelent page.

Social Media. We collect social media data that you have made public like your name in facebook, profile picture, friends list, date of birth, email ID, phone no, pages that you have liked, and any information is public.

All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

In Short: Some information – such as Location, and/or browser and device characteristics – is collected automatically when you use app.

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use or navigate the app. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your location, browser and device characteristics, information about how and when you use our Services and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes. The location is used to show you the outlets that are nearest to your current location. We also gather the information of the outlets that you have done a checkin and the rewards that you have claimed.

In Short: We process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of our contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent.

We indicate the specific processing grounds we rely on next to each purpose listed below.

• To send you rewards We use your information to sent you relevent rewards that is based on your preference and is relevent to you.
• To send you marketing and promotional communications. We and/or our partner may use the information to promote their brand to you.
• To send you offers We may use your location to send you offers that are active near your location.

In Short: Yes, we use Google Maps for the purpose of providing better service.

5. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless otherwise required by law. We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements). No purpose in this policy will require us keeping your personal information for longer than 90 days past the termination of the user's account .

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

6. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. 7. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases.
